Agreement Acceptance
Using Allstak services, you agree to:

User Legal Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for all actions performed through their Allstak account.
If the platform is used for any activity that violates local or international laws, the user bears full legal responsibility. Allstak disclaims any liability arising from such use.
Allstak reserves the right to cooperate with relevant legal authorities in cases of suspected violations.
Privacy and Data Protection
Allstak is committed to protecting user privacy and will not share data with third parties unless required by law.
Some data may be used for performance analysis and service improvement without compromising user confidentiality.
Pre-Scan Usage Warnings
Allstak may display warnings or alerts before initiating actions such as Load Testing or Security Analysis to inform the user of potential risks.
The user assumes full responsibility for proceeding with such operations after dismissing any warnings.
Authorized Use of Load Testing and Security Scans
You are strictly prohibited from using Allstak tools such as Load Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, or Code Analysis on any system or website without official authorization or written consent from the owner.
You are fully and solely liable for any unauthorized use of these tools. Allstak disclaims all responsibility for actions taken outside the scope of proper authorization.
We recommend obtaining explicit written approval before running any form of scan on systems that are not owned or directly managed by you.
Allstak reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any unauthorized or harmful activity is suspected.
Client Logo Usage
By agreeing, you grant us right to:
Display your company logo on our website as client.
Use logo in social media posts indicating you're a client.
You can request logo removal anytime by contacting us.
